No. Co-hosting is one fee, with no commission on your bookings. Individual services such as home checks and maintenance are priced separately.
Which platforms do you work with?
Airbnb, VRBO and direct bookings. We are happy to work with other platforms as well.
Can I keep managing my own listing?
Yes. Many owners keep control of their listing and pricing and use us for cleaning, turnovers, check-ins and guest support.
What happens if a guest has a problem?
Guests contact us directly. We sort it out locally, whether it is a pool, AC or access issue, and keep you informed.
Can I still use the home myself?
Of course. Block your dates and we will prepare the home for your arrival just as we would for a guest.
